Engendering Industries Capacity Building

The Engendering Industries Course develops the skills, systems, and structures companies need to increase women’s representation in the workforce. The course consists of organizational assessments, a six-day training, and change management coaching. It fosters the knowledge, skills, and attitudes companies and employees need to build a positive corporate culture that supports both men and women. Learn more.
