Engendering Industries’ Gender Equality Rapid Organizational Assessment helps companies identify gender equality gaps, create a strategy to advance gender equality, and measure change over time. The Rapid Organizational Assessment covers the 12 employee life cycle phases.
This online assessment consists of 90 questions and is a truncated version of a larger organizational assessment used by Engendering Industries’ change management coaches to evaluate the status of gender equality in an organization. While these questions will not provide all of the data organizations need to create a nuanced and detailed action plan, they will provide a valuable starting point.
It will take about 30 minutes to complete the online assessment. The platform is currently unable to save your progress, and therefore you must complete the assessment in one session. Users are strongly encouraged to download the assessment to your desktop, and work with your colleagues to complete the assessment offline before submitting your responses online. Some of the questions may require you to gather information from your human resources department, or other colleagues. Once you have completed the assessment offline, return to the site to submit your answers and receive your score and recommendations.
