Course Introduction

The Introduction Module introduces you to the facilitator and each other and presents the training agenda, course partners, and rules of engagement.

1. Understand the “ground rules:” respect differences of opinion, respect others who are speaking, be aware that topics are sensitive, and treat each other with kindness. 
2. Understand the trajectory of the course, including that a key objective is the progressive drafting of a GAP you will use to advance gender equality within your organization.
