Course Module 4

Module 4 presents the business benefits derived from improving gender equality and illustrates how advancing gender equality can improve business performance, reputation, and resilience.

1. Understand and explain how gender equality benefits an organization and use this knowledge to create a business case for gender equality at your organization. 
2. Analyze and brainstorm how the content and issues presented in this module could be addressed in your organization’s GAP.
