Course Wrap Up

You will make a final presentation to recap the key takeaways and learnings from the course. You will also present the main prioritized actions you will focus on with coaching support. Following the course, you will further develop the GAP together with colleagues from your organization with support from your assigned coach following the course. Facilitators will provide details regarding next steps and course participation certificates.

1. Synthesize learnings and identified best practices to integrate into the GAP. 
2. Come to a consensus with colleagues from your organization on the long-term strategic approach, including developing a complementary list of possible interventions. 
3. Prioritize interventions for your organization to implement with coaching support. 
4. Make a short presentation to course participants of your organization’s key takeaways and learnings from the course and key prioritized actions you will focus on with coaching support. 
5. Review next steps and receive course participation certificates.
