  1. Learn how to apply internationally recognized best practices to empower women and increase gender equality and diversity among management and leadership teams. 
  2. Workshop your organizational gender equality strategies and GAPs to design a fair and unbiased employee performance management system; equitable salary, compensation, and benefits system; and unbiased talent leadership development and promotion planning. 
  3. Learn tips to run successful mentoring and sponsorship programs for talented male and female employees to become leaders.
